Our Story

Our aim is to showcase Georgia's potential – not least to itself. To take pride in our history and our food, to tap into the bassline pulsing beneath Tbilisi, and the expertise of designers, artisans, chefs, and farmers that live and work throughout the country.

ROOMS is a young and independent lifestyle hotel brand based in Georgia that has quickly emerged as the leader of distinctive hospitality experiences in the region. Since 2012, the ROOMS has been shaping history and establishing Georgia as a global travel destination.

ROOMS Kazbegi is all about the view – and who you share it with, of course.

When ROOMS Kazbegi opened in 2012, we wanted to step into the potential of this fantastic region by offering a hospitality experience to match the view.

It is no wonder that, in Soviet times, there was a sanatorium here, and it is from this modernist complex that ROOMS has emerged.

UDABNO has become a key player in combating desertification, which nurtures biodiversity and promotes modern, sustainable agriculture in Georgia. The farm is also a steadfast supplier of almonds, berries, honey, and poultry within the group’s hotels and restaurants.

Like all good things, the origins of the famous khinkali dumpling are contested. But some hold that their birthplace was right in Kazbegi.
